Michaela Pewarski is Vice President of Investor Relations. She joined Unisys in December 2022, and is responsible for managing the company’s relationships and communications with the financial community.
Michaela has significant experience implementing and leading investor relations programs for complex, global corporations. Most recently, Michaela was the Vice President of Investor Relations for Stagwell, a $2B+ publicly traded marketing services company, comprised of more than 70 marketing agencies around the world. There, she implemented the company’s investor relations function, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to craft a compelling story while ensuring compliance measures were firmly in place. She built the practice when the company went through a transformational merger as well as numerous M&A and capital markets transactions, while also establishing relationships with global financial services firms and obtaining equity research coverage for the company, significantly increasing its visibility with investors.
Prior to that, Michaela was Director of Investor Relations, FP&A, and Corporate Development at Afiniti, a private artificial intelligence company. She began her career on the sell-side, serving as Vice President of Equity Sales at Macquarie Capital, where she managed the bank’s relationships with institutional equity investors. She began her sell-side career in the equity research division of Credit Suisse.
Michaela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in environmental science and public policy from Harvard University and is a CFA charterholder.
