Lisa Madion is senior vice president of Global Client Management at Unisys. In this role, she leads the client executive and sales excellence teams, focused on driving client satisfaction and partnering with clients to solve their business challenges.
Most recently, Lisa was senior vice president of Corporate Services, leading Global Procurement and Real Estate, as well as business operations for the company. In this position she was responsible for leading the Transformation Office to integrate acquisitions, managing the budget process and operational reporting and establishing organizational policies.
Prior to joining Unisys, she was chief of staff for both the Travel, Transportation & Hospitality go-to-market vertical for Dell Services and the technical sales specialist team in Dell’s Infrastructure, Cloud, and Computing organization. Lisa’s unrelenting focus on the customer and building effective teams began during her tenure as customer executive for several outsourcing engagements across the Manufacturing and Retail verticals.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University.
