Karl Brandt assumed the senior vice president and general manager of Global Delivery Operations role at Unisys in April 2025, bringing over three decades of extensive business experience to oversee the client delivery executives, global delivery services, operations, and the delivery centers. With his proven track record in client management, finance, commercial support, delivery, and operations, Karl is uniquely positioned to drive innovation and operational excellence in the rapidly evolving business landscape.
Throughout his long-tenured progressive career at Unisys, most of which has been within the ClearPath Forward®(CPF) business, Karl has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead large-scale operations and deliver exceptional results.
A hallmark of Karl’s career has been his willingness to embrace new challenges. Appointed Vice President of Global CPF Sales in 2010, his role expanded over the next decade to include operations, services delivery, and support, eventually culminating in his appointment as Vice President of Global Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) client management. In this role, Karl’s stewardship was instrumental in delivering services revenue growth and consistently strong CPF license and support revenue and margin performance. As an outcomes-driven leader with extensive experience, Karl has led strategic and commercial initiatives that have established Unisys as an enterprise computing leader.
Prior to his business leadership roles, Karl leveraged his financial acumen at Unisys as a Vice President of Finance, where he led the CPF business unit’s global finance and commercial support teams.
A graduate of the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom, Karl holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Chartered Accountant.
