Patrycja Sobera is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Digital Workplace Solutions business unit at Unisys. In this pivotal role, she leads high-profile teams dedicated to continual improvement and creating modern, differentiated end-user experiences that drive client breakthroughs and propel the business forward.

As an award-winning service delivery professional and recognized expert in Experience Level Agreement (XLA) delivery, Patrycja has redefined how success is measured in technology services and previously served Unisys as the global vice president of Digital Workplace Solutions Delivery. By prioritizing the user experience, she ensures that technology meets technical standards and delivers a satisfaction-driven experience that enhances productivity to drive workforce engagement. A passionate customer experience (CX) evangelist, Patrycja champions initiatives that go beyond traditional service metrics, focusing on creating seamless and meaningful experiences for users, which drive loyalty and long-term success for clients.

Before joining Unisys, Patrycja served as the global vice president of End User Support at Marsh McLennan, where she led complex technology and business transformations, pioneering innovations within the insurance and banking sectors. Her 20+ year career includes delivering cutting-edge technology solutions across diverse industries, including banking, capital markets, and telecommunications, at organizations such as Getronics, Computacenter, and Compaq (HP company).

A recognized thought leader and passionate champion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Patrycja serves as an executive sponsor of the Women+ Associate Impact Group at Unisys and as the Lean In Ambassador for Women in Tech in EMEA. She was named one of the Top 25 Thought Leaders of 2024 by HDI, the leading trade organization for the technical support and service management industry. She is also a featured contributor to HDI's “SupportWorld” newsletter.

Patrycja holds a Master of Arts degree in Modern Languages and French Literature from the University of Wroclaw.
